Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Otelbuk. By booking through our website or mobile apps you agree to them.

1. Bookings

Otelbuk operates as a booking platform between you and the property. A confirmed booking forms a contract between you and the hotel; Otelbuk facilitates the reservation, payment and communication.

2. Nightly stays

All bookings are for whole nights. A stay runs from your check-in date to your check-out date, with the check-out date excluded from the nightly charge. Otelbuk does not offer hourly or slot-based bookings.

3. Pricing and taxes

Rates are quoted per room per night in Indian Rupees. Applicable taxes are displayed separately at checkout. The total shown on the confirmation screen is the amount payable.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Each property sets its own cancellation policy, displayed on the listing and at checkout. Refunds for eligible cancellations are initiated within 24 hours to the original payment method.

5. Check-in requirements

Every adult guest must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. Properties may decline check-in where ID is not produced, and such cases are treated as a no-show.

6. Guest conduct

Guests are responsible for damage to property and for complying with each hotel's house rules, including occupancy limits and smoking policies.

7. Liability

Otelbuk's liability in relation to any booking is limited to the total value of that booking.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email to registered users at least seven days before they take effect.
