What you actually get

One calendar, no double bookings
Rooms are held the instant a guest starts checkout and released the second a booking is cancelled. Inventory is decremented inside a database transaction, so two people cannot buy the last room.
Rates you control by the night
Set a base price per room type, then override any single night or run a rate plan for weekends and festivals. No calling an account manager to change a price.
Fortnightly payouts, itemised
Every payout lists the bookings it covers, the commission taken and the net figure. Reconciliation takes minutes, not an afternoon with a spreadsheet.
No listing fee, no monthly fee
You pay commission on stays that actually happen. A cancelled booking costs you nothing, and an empty room costs you nothing.
Staff logins with real limits
Front-desk staff can check guests in and update inventory without seeing your earnings or being able to change your rates.
Reviews you can answer
Only guests who actually stayed can review, once per booking. You get a public reply on every review, so your side of the story sits next to theirs.
How the 15% works
One number, applied one way, on every booking. There is no tiering, no minimum volume and no negotiated exception that quietly moves the goalposts later.
Commission is calculated on the room total, not on taxes. Taxes collected from the guest are passed through to you in full so you can remit them.
- Charged on completed stays only. A cancellation, a no-show that you waive, or an expired unpaid hold costs you nothing.
- Nothing on top. No photography fee, no "premium placement" fee, no payment-gateway surcharge passed to you.
- Pay-at-hotel bookings work the same way. You collect the full amount at the desk and the commission is netted off your next payout.
- Discounts are ours to fund, not yours. A platform coupon comes off our commission, so your payout is calculated on the pre-discount room total.
- No exclusivity. Keep your own website, your walk-ins and every other channel. We only ask that the rate you give us is not worse than the one you publish elsewhere.

We build your listing with you
Room types, occupancy, bed configuration, amenities, check-in and check-out times, and your cancellation policy. Bring photos or we will arrange a shoot.

Your calendar goes live
You load availability and prices for the next few months. Nothing is bookable until you say it is, and you can pause the whole property with one switch.
