Cancellation & Refund Policy

Every property picks one of four policies. The one that applies to your booking is shown before you pay and on your confirmation.
Flexible
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the check-in time. Cancel later and the first night is charged.
Moderate
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in. Between 72 and 24 hours, 50% of the booking value is charged. Within 24 hours, no refund.
Strict
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Within 7 days, 50% is refunded. Within 48 hours, no refund.
Non-refundable
These rates are discounted in exchange for certainty and cannot be cancelled or refunded. They are labelled clearly on the room card.
No-shows
Failing to arrive without cancelling is treated as a no-show and charged in full, regardless of the policy.
Cancellations by the property
If a hotel cancels a confirmed booking, you receive a full refund and our team will find you a comparable property at no extra cost.
How to cancel
Open My Trips on the website or app, select the booking and choose Cancel booking. The refund amount is calculated and shown before you confirm.
