Can I stack two codes on one booking?
No — one code per booking. If you have several, apply them one at a time and keep the one that
saves you the most. Removing a code and trying another does not use up either of them.
What exactly does the discount come off?
The room total for your stay, before taxes and any service fee. Because tax is calculated on the
discounted amount, a 20% code saves you slightly more than 20% of the room total in real money.
Do codes work on Pay at hotel bookings?
Yes. The discounted total is what the front desk collects, and it is printed on your confirmation
and receipt so there is nothing to argue about at check-in.
I cancelled a discounted booking — do I get the code back?
Yes. Cancelling releases the redemption, so a single-use code becomes usable again. Any refund is
calculated on what you actually paid, which is the discounted amount.
The code was rejected. Why?
The most common reasons are a stay that is shorter than the code's minimum nights, a room total
below the minimum spend, a city or property the code does not cover, or a first-booking code on an
account that has already stayed with us. The review screen names the specific reason.
Are these prices already discounted?
The nightly rate you see is the property's live rate, which is often already below their walk-in
price. A coupon comes off that. We never inflate a rate to make a code look bigger.
