Palolem Beach Villas is eight standalone villas set in a coconut grove about thirty steps from the south end of Palolem beach. Each has its own gate, a small private garden and an outdoor shower; there is no shared lobby and no piped music anywhere on the property.
Villas sleep between two and six. All have air-conditioned bedrooms, a ceiling fan, a fridge, a kettle and a covered verandah with a hammock. The two-bedroom villas have a kitchenette; the one-bedrooms do not. Bathrooms are open-roofed, which is lovely in December and less so in monsoon.
Breakfast is brought to your verandah between 08:00 and 10:30 and is included. There is no restaurant on site, but a dozen beach shacks are within five minutes. The property closes each year from mid-June to mid-September; outside that window the sea is swimmable and the sunsets are the reason people rebook.
Practical notes: check-in from 13:00, check-out by 10:00. Cancellation is strict here — free up to 168 hours before check-in, with a partial refund after that. Unmarried couples are welcome with valid ID. Pets are allowed on request. Local photo IDs are accepted at the desk. GST of 12% is added at checkout and shown as a separate line before you pay.

Friendly staff and a genuinely comfortable room. It rained the whole weekend and the in-room dining saved us. Prices were reasonable too. Worth noting the lift is slow at breakfast time.

Great value at this price. Hot water was instant, WiFi held up for video calls and housekeeping came by twice. The breakfast spread could use more variety. Would book here again without hesitating.

Very good for the money. Not luxury, but everything worked and everything was clean, which is what matters. The location made the trip easy.

Check-in was quick and the room was ready before time. The bed was genuinely comfortable and the AC worked well through a warm night. Would book again.

Palolem Beach Villas sits at 37, Candolim, Goa, Candolim, Goa Goa. The easiest landmark to give a driver is Opposite the Candolim bus stand.
