Otelbuk Karol Bagh is a no-frills 38-room hotel two hundred metres from Karol Bagh metro, in the middle of the wholesale market. It is loud during the day, quiet after eleven, and priced for travellers who plan to be out from morning until night.
Rooms are small and functional at around 150 square feet, air-conditioned, with a queen bed or two singles, a television, a kettle and a wet bathroom with a geyser. Linen is changed daily and the corridors were repainted in 2025. Windows face either the street or an internal shaft; the shaft rooms are darker but much quieter.
Breakfast is a simple set plate of paratha or toast, eggs and tea or coffee, served from 07:00. There is a lift, power backup that covers lights, fans and the lift during cuts, and staff on the desk at all hours. Street parking is genuinely difficult here, so take the metro.
Practical notes: check-in from 14:00, check-out by 11:00. Cancellation is moderate: free up to 72 hours before check-in, then part of the booking is charged. Unmarried couples are welcome with valid ID. Pets are not allowed. Local photo IDs are accepted at the desk. GST of 12% is added at checkout and shown as a separate line before you pay.

Great value at this price. Hot water was instant, WiFi held up for video calls and housekeeping came by twice. The breakfast spread could use more variety.

Solid stay for a work trip. Desk space was usable, the room was quiet and check-out was painless. Parking was easier than I expected for this area. Housekeeping was discreet and thorough.

The photos are accurate. Bathroom was modern with good pressure, and the linens were fresh. Would recommend to anyone visiting for a weekend.

Beautiful property with well-kept grounds. Our room had a small balcony that made the stay. Only note is that the restaurant closes a little early. One suggestion: put a second socket by the bed.

Friendly staff and a genuinely comfortable room. It rained the whole weekend and the in-room dining saved us. Prices were reasonable too. Getting a cab from here at 6am was no trouble at all.
