Koregaon Park Suites is eighteen serviced apartments on one of the leafier lanes off North Main Road, taken mostly by people relocating or on long project stays.
Apartments are one- and two-bedrooms between 480 and 780 square feet, each with a separate living room, a full kitchen with a four-burner hob and an oven, a washing machine and a balcony. Beds are king-sized and the mattresses were replaced in 2025. Every apartment has a dedicated fibre line.
Housekeeping runs Monday to Saturday, and there is a laundry room, covered parking and a small gym. There is no restaurant; the lane has a dozen options and the kitchen makes cooking for yourself realistic. Monthly rates are quoted on request and are substantially lower than the nightly.
Practical notes: check-in from 14:00, check-out by 12:00. Cancellation is moderate: free up to 72 hours before check-in, then part of the booking is charged. Unmarried couples are welcome with valid ID. Pets are allowed on request. Local photo IDs are accepted at the desk. GST of 12% is added at checkout and shown as a separate line before you pay.

Solid stay for a work trip. Desk space was usable, the room was quiet and check-out was painless. Parking was easier than I expected for this area. Worth noting the lift is slow at breakfast time.

Beautiful property with well-kept grounds. Our room had a small balcony that made the stay. Only note is that the restaurant closes a little early. Housekeeping was discreet and thorough.

Location is the strongest point — everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. Rooms are compact but very clean and the staff were helpful at every turn.

Very good for the money. Not luxury, but everything worked and everything was clean, which is what matters. The location made the trip easy. Getting a cab from here at 6am was no trouble at all.

Koregaon Park Suites sits at 30, Viman Nagar, Pune, Viman Nagar, Pune Maharashtra. The easiest landmark to give a driver is Two lanes from Viman Nagar main road.
